" Situated in a popular residential development on the outskirts of Torrington, is this well cared for three bedroom semi-detached home positioned on a larger than average plot. The accommodation briefly comprises of three bedrooms, (all of which enjoy views) and family bathroom to the first floor. To the ground floor is an entrance porch, with ground floor cloakroom, open plan living / dining room, recently refitted kitchen and useful utility area with access into the rear garden. Outside the home is approached via driveway, providing ample off road parking and passing a pleasant front lawned area with access leading down the side of the home, passing a spacious detached storage shed, which measures 20'x10' and has power connected. Leading into a landscaped rear garden is an initial area of patio, providing an ideal area for alfresco dining, with steps leading up to a large lawned garden with a large fish pond, fabulous countryside views to the rear and enjoys a large degree of privacy and a predominant amount of the days sun.
