SITUATION 4 Nymet Villas is situated on the edge of the very popular village of Kings Nympton, which has an excellent community spirit and amenities such as primary school, popular public house, church and large village hall.
 
The small town of Chulmleigh is about four miles and has a range of shops, an 18 hole short golf course, health centre and primary and secondary schools. The larger market town of South Molton is about five miles and has a further range of amenities and access to the A361 North Devon Link Road, which provides an excellent road link to Tiverton and the M5 motorway as well as a mainline railway station at Tiverton Parkway on the Paddington line.
