SITUATION AND AMENITIES In an attractive rural location in North Devon just off a quiet country lane, in turn off the A39, close to Lynton and Lynmouth, about 2 miles which are picturesque twin villages, famous for the funicular railway, dramatic sea cliffs and a popular tourist destination. Lynton and Lynmouth also offer a full range of day to day facilities, whilst the coastal town of Ilfracombe (15 miles) provides further facilities and amenities.
