SITUATION AND AMENITIES Fronting a quiet, little used country lane, and overlooking open farmland to the front, with glorious views down the valley to the side and backing onto Willingcott Golf Course to the rear, with views over the links and water features. At the same time, the property is just two miles from the stunning beaches of Woolacombe, Putsborough and a short drive to Saunton with its famous links golf course. Woolacombe is famous for its three mile sandy beach between Baggy and Morte Points and regularly receives Blue Flag or Premier Seaside Beach Awards, and has also become one of Devon's premier surfing destinations. The village itself offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and leisure activities and is surrounded by National Trust land, with a wide variety of trails and walks to enjoy. The well regarded villages of Croyde and Saunton are both located a short drive away, each offering further sandy beaches and once again, renowned for the surfing. Just 3.5 miles away is Braunton, considered to be one of the largest villages in England, and offering a good range of local shopping facilities and amenities providing for day to day needs, as well as primary and secondary schools. Nearby Ilfracombe has an attractive harbour and Exmoor National Park and Lynton / Lynmouth in dramatic coastal scenery are easily accessible by car.
