Ebford village lies in a highly sought after residential location being conveniently situated within commuting distance of Exeter and Exmouth and also close to Topsham town centre and the ever popular Darts Farm is only a short distance away. Directions
From Topsham, proceed towards Clyst St George passing Darts Farm on your left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Exmouth and then take the first left into Ebford Lane. Continue along Ebford Lane and Netherfield will be found towards the end of the lane on the left hand side.
