" Directions
On leaving Topsham via Station Road, cross over the railway line and turn right at the mini roundabout and follow the road out of town. Continue over the bridge and past Darts Farm. At the mini roundabout by The George And Dragon Public House, turn right and follow the road through Ebford and into Exton. Proceed down the road and turn right at the traffic lights on to Station Road. Follow this road around past The Puffing Billy and just before the station turn right into Nurseries Close and number 5 will be located at the end top end of the close on the right hand side.


Situation
Exton remains one of the most highly desirable East Devon estuary villages sitting on the east bank of the River Exe within six miles of Exeter City Centre and two miles from Topsham. Exton not only enjoys excellent access by road but also has the benefit of a railway station which operates frequently between Exeter and Exmouth. The village has a splendid public house, The Puffing Billy, which boasts an excellent kitchen and splendid dining room facility.
