Directions
On leaving the Topsham Office turn right and head up the High
Street. At the mini roundabout turn right heading towards on the
Topsham Train Station. Cross over the railways tracks and at the
roundabout turn right. The property will be found along Elm Grove
Road on the left hand side.
Situation
Topsham remains an estuary town of nationwide renown, reflected in
its character period cottages and houses, perfectly blended with a
