" This 1930´s terraced house is situated in a residential road of similar properties on the edge of Colyton, close to a bus stop and approx. half a mile from the village centre. The good sized rear garden backs onto fields and there are pretty views from the first floor. The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen/dining room. There is driveway parking for two cars at the front. The rear garden is of particular note being over 80Ft in length. All windows are uPVC double glazed and the property is fitted with gas central heating. N.B. This property is subject to an EDDC Housing Restriction, which means that a buyer must have lived or worked in East Devon for at least 3 years to qualify (there may occasionally be exceptions to this).

OUTSIDE To the front of the property is hard standing providing parking for 2 vehicles. To the rear is an enclosed garden, measuring over 80Ft in length, with hedge and wall boundaries and backing onto fields. The garden is separated into 3 areas: a good sized patio nearest the house with a pebble water fountain feature in the centre; an area of lawn with a garden path beside; a small fenced area with a garden shed (with power and light) and space for composting.
