" A detached three bedroom bungalow situated in a popular elevated residential location in the pretty and historic little East Devon town of Colyton. The well planned accommodation comprises three bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and a large conservatory. There is driveway parking and a double garage but the most notable feature is the beautiful south facing garden which backs on to a field. The bungalow has replacement uPVC windows and a modern gas boiler providing central heating throughout, a gas fire in the lounge (although this could be an open fireplace if preferred) and the shower room has been updated with a modern white suite. A new owner may also want to update the kitchen and bathroom. The property has been in the same ownership since it was built approximately 25 years ago. The back garden is a delight with many mature shrubs and plants and has been thoughtfully landscaped. Behind the garden is a sloping field with a wooded area at the far end and this along with glimpses of the countryside views to the front provides a constant reminder of the beauty of the surrounding area.
