" Alton House is a rare find for this area being one of only a small handful of Edwardian properties in Colyton. The house is detached and situated very close to the centre of this pretty and historic little East Devon town and has lovely views from the first and second floor windows. The property is spacious and retains many period features with deep skirting boards, dado and picture rails and beautiful stripped panelled doors with brass fittings throughout.
