" A 1980`s three bedroom property situated very close to the centre of the pretty and historic little East Devon town of Colyton, just 2 miles inland from the Jurassic coast. The property forms the end of a terrace of just four with a central archway leading to the garage and parking area. Internally, the property is dated with its original kitchen and bathroom so would benefit from some modernisation. The windows are a mixture of single and double glazed. The accommodation is quite spacious and comprises: lounge with fireplace and door to the garden; conservatory; kitchen/diner; hallway; three bedrooms and spacious bathroom. Outside, there is a very pleasant garden and pretty views to the rear. With a little TLC, this would make a lovely family home in a pleasant and very convenient location.

Colyton lies nestled in the Coly Valley, lying 2 miles inland of the Jurassic coast at Seaton and 5 miles south of Axminster. The town is steeped in history and is architecturally very interesting with the beautiful medieval Church at its centre. There is a small town centre with a range of facilities including: a bank, pharmacy, two convenience stores, post office, fish and chip shop, heritage centre(soon to open), library and medical centre. At the bottom of the town is a the tram station which (during summer months) runs regular services along the estuary to Seaton. There is a regular bus service to Axminster and Seaton, from where additional services run including a mainline train service from Axminster to London Waterloo.
