" An unusual detached mature bungalow believed to date from the 1950's set on a plot of of about .37 acres located with no immediate neighbours along a quiet lane between Colyton and Colyford. Rowans has brick built rendered elevations under a steep tiled roof. Double glazed windows and front and rear doors have been fitted and the property has a serviceable oil fired boiler for hot water and central heating. It does however require renovation and would benefit from an extension and or conversion of the roof space. The accommodation at present offers a porch, reception hall, cloakroom, sitting room, kitchen and dining room, three double bedrooms, bathroom, boiler room and storage room.
