" Number 4 Valley View is a semi-detached house, originally built by the local authority, probably in the 1930's, to a substantial and spacious design.

On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom together with a storage room or useful study. Some lovely far reaching country views are enjoyed through these windows.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall, comfortable living room with fireplace and woodburner, PVC double glazed conservatory enjoying lovely outlooks and a large kitchen/diner with a range of attractive timber units, tiled floor and built-in double oven. There is also an oil fired Rayburn for cooking, domestic hot water and one radiator. Leading off the kitchen is a shower room and a long garden room which also gives access to the integral workshop/freezer room and large integral garage. The windows are PVC double glazed replacements and the fascias are covered for easy maintenance.

This garage area offers plenty of scope for further accommodation with the possibility of extending above as well, to provide another bedroom if required all subject to the necessary planning consents/building regulation approval.

To the front of the property is a large concrete forecourt area providing ample turning and parking space for numerous cars etc. There is a raised and landscaped terrace and an attractive sitting out area overlooking the Farway valley.

The bustling market town of Honiton lies approximately four miles to the north with its range of shops, bank, schools, sport centre/swimming pool and mainline railway link to London Waterloo. The lovely coastline of Lyme Bay can be found approximately five miles to the south. This is the perfect area for those wishing to attend Colyton Grammer School which lies approximately five miles to the south. Exeter is about eighteen miles away.
