SITUATION The property is situated in an elevated position with outstanding views across the small character town of Colyton and the rolling hills of the Coly Valley beyond. Set a short distance from the centre of the town the property is within easy reach of the the Jurassic Coast at Seaton.

Colyton has a rich historical heritage with many interesting buildings dating back as early as the C14. This charming town offers a surprising range of day to day amenities which includes shops, primary school, the renowned Colyton Grammar School, post office, health centre, pubs, restaurants and beautiful parish church.
 
The county towns of Exeter, and Dorchester are all within easy reach whilst to the south is the coast at Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb and bay with other resorts at Seaton, Beer and Branscombe, all within a short distance. There is a main line station on the London Waterloo line at Honiton and Axminster. Colyton lies just outside the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty home to a variety of walks and paths. DESCRIPTION Built by a unique combined group of tradesman in the early 80's this property was specified and lived in by the architect for the small scheme of houses.
