A charming detached cottage with plenty of character features located in a convenient position close to local amenities yet which enjoys a quieter situation set back from the road. The property offers accommodation comprising; 2 bedrooms, family bathroom, sitting room, dining room and fitted kitchen. There is private off road parking and an attractive courtyard garden with useful storage shed via gated access off of West Street. EPC Rating D

Situation

Located in a central position, the property is only a short distance away from the local amenities available in Kilkhampton including primary school, 2 public houses, fish and chip takeaway and several convenience stores. The property has excellent access to the A39 ‘Atlantic Highway’ which provides access North to the towns of Bideford and Barnstaple and South further on down into Cornwall. The popular coastal resort of Bude is about 6 miles away where you will find an excellent range of local and national amenities. Leisure facilities including all weather floodlit tennis courts, leisure pool and 18 hole links golf course. The town also has two sandy beaches with exhilarating surf and both primary and secondary schools.
