A large five bedroom family home with gardens and excellent views from which seven local churches can be seen. Situated in a rural location on the edge of this popular market town. This is the first time on the open market for seventy years. The property has a large sitting room, dining room, conservatory, balcony/roof garden and a number of buildings outside. SITUATION
Staddon Moor Cottage is situated on the crest of a hill just outside the traditional Devon market town of Holsworthy, with its range of shops and services, including Waitrose and the livestock market, as well as schools, golf course and leisure facilities. Holsworthy is only nine miles from the rugged and spectacular North Cornish coast and a short drive from Dartmoor National Park.
