SITUATION
Conveniently situated on the edge of the thriving market town of Holsworthy which offers a range of amenities including banks, post office, leisure centre, 18 hole golf course, β€˜Waitrose’ supermarket, hospital, primary and secondary schools.  The north Cornish coastal resort of Bude, being popular for its surfing is approximately 8 miles distance with its sandy beaches.
