SITUATION
Situated in a quiet courtyard, tucked away off Bodmin Street which runs from the outskirts of the town, into the town square.  The town centre, with its range of shops and business facilities, is two minutes level walk away.  Waitrose supermarket close by.  The A388 is found running through the centre of the town providing excellent links to the north and south.  The towns of Launceston and Okehampton can be found 13 and 19 miles away respectively both providing useful links to the A30 dual carriageway which in turn provides access to Cornwall as well as the cathedral city of Exeter and the M5 motorway.
