SITUATION The property is situated on this attractive small development on the edge of the village. Bridestowe is a delightful rural community situated on the Northern fringes of the Dartmoor National Park with easy access to the open Moor and to the A30. The A30 dual carriageway is easily accessible providing a direct link west into Cornwall or east to the cathedral and University City of Exeter with its large shopping centres, M5 motorway, mainline rail and international air connections. The town of Tavistock is also within easy travelling distance, again with excellent shops and a pannier market. The City of Plymouth a little further on has large shopping centres and a cross Channel ferry terminal.
From the village there are some attractive views to the Dartmoor National Park with its hundreds of square miles of superb unspoilt scenery with many opportunities for riding, walking and other outdoor pursuits. Proceed down the slip road, turning right and then immediately left onto the West Devon Drive (old A30) sign posted Bridestowe. Stay on this road, do not rejoin the dual carriageway but proceed for approximately three quarters of mile before taking a left hand turning for Bridestowe village. Proceed into the centre of the village and opposite the White Hart Inn, turn right into Launceston Road.
