" A very spacious modern executive detached house situated in a small cul-de-sac of similar properties within the village of Petrockstowe.

Directions
From Okehampton take the A386 road towards Hatherleigh (7 miles) and continue straight on towards Torrington. Approximately 2 miles further on from the Hatherleigh roundabout turn left sign posted "Petrockstowe" and continue for a further 1 mile into the village. Continue towards the far ends turning right in to Townland Rise.

Location
Petrockstowe is a pretty village situated 6 miles north west of Hatherleigh, 13 miles from Okehampton and approx. 15 miles from Bideford. Petrockstowe is largely a residential area with a very strong community spirit. Although there is no village shop now there is an Inn, a church, a chapel and an active village hall. Recently the area was connected to Super-fast broadband.
