SITUATION The property is situated in the heart of the popular village of Sticklepath, located within the picturesque Skaigh Valley and within the northern boundaries of the Dartmoor National Park. The village has a good range of local services, including Post Office/stores, two public houses, village hall and places of worship. Within the village is the Finch Foundry Museum, a National Trust Property. The nearby village of South Zeal offers a local primary school together with its own range of services and amenities.
