DESCRIPTION Gostwyck Close is a cul-de-sac development situated close to the town centre and it's amenities. No.11 occupies a corner plot with gardens to the front and rear, recently re-surfaced parking and a detached garage with plenty of storage space over.

The bungalow itself is well designed with spacious rooms and suited for a variety of people with an open plan kitchen/dining room and the doors from the living room opening out onto the private rear garden.
