" A completley refurbished unfurnished flat with modern electric heating.


This self contained flat has been refurbished to a high standard. All floors have been laid with dark wood laminate flooring. A new kitchen has been installed with fitted cooker, extractor hood, fridge freezer and washing machine. The shower room has a fully tiled shower cubicle and matching w.c., and wash hand basin. Modern more economical night storage heaters have been installed as well as new electrics and plumbing.


Type of Tenancy - 6 month shorthold

Rent Payable - £400 per calendar month in advance exclusive of rates (general & water)

Deposit - £450

Unfurnished apart from cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer.

Services - Mains water, drainage and electric.




Good references are required before a tenancy can be considered. Ideally these should be from your employer (or former employer if you are unemployed), your present or former landlord and your banker. A credit check will also be required.


FEES

Our fee for each tenant over the age of 18 applying to rent a property is as follows.

Reference fee - £50 per applicant.

Guarantor reference fee if needed - £50

Contract fee £90 per property or £120 if a guarantor is needed.

The procedure to apply for a property is as follows.

Tenants are asked to complete application forms for referencing which are submitted to Rentshield who are an independent reference agency.

At this stage the prospective tenant is asked to pay any reference fees payable by one of the following methods.

  4. By card

A holding deposit equivalent to 50% of the total deposit is due at the point of referencing. This will be refunded in the event references fail however is non refundable should the tenant change their mind.
