Situated just outside the centre of the cathedral city of Exeter, The Grange is an impressive Victorian development built as a hospital in 1885. It was purchased in 1995 by Tay Homes and was skillfully restored to the original design. The gracious homes in this development are unique and we are pleased to be able to offer for sale this excellent two bedroom ground floor apartment in excellent decorative order.

The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazed large period sash windows providing plenty of natural light and complimented by high ceilings. The internal white panel doors have quality brass effect fittings. The property has an allocated parking space and access to maintained communal gardens.

The city of Exeter is easily accessible by car, or by rail via the local Digby and Sowton railway station, or via the Digby and Sowton regular Park and Ride mini bus service. The M5 and major road network is also conveniently nearby, as is the local Tesco superstore.
