Situated just outside the centre of the cathedral city of Exeter, The Grange is an impressive Victorian development built as a hospital in 1885. It was purchased in 1995 by Tay Homes and was skillfully restored to the original design. The city of Exeter is easily accessible by car, the M5 and major road networks are also conveniently nearby, as is the local Tesco superstore. From the City Centre take the Topsham Road, turning left at the Countess Wear roundabout (B3181-Rydon Lane). Turn right at the 2nd traffic lights and left at the next roundabout into Digby Drive. Turn in through the ornamental gates into "The Grange" (2nd right), turn left at the T Junction, and follow the road round into South Grange.
From the M5 motorway (J30) follow A379 signed to "city centre" and "Exeter" and take the 1st slip road "Superstore" and "Digby & Sowton Station". Continue straight on at the 1st roundabout, eventually turning left into Digby Drive and then left through the gates into "The Grange" as above.
