" Fair Lawn is a substantial detached Victorian house situated on a quiet village side street near the centre of Dolton. The property is of traditional rendered brick construction under a slate roof with a more recent single storey addition to the rear, encompassing the Utility Room and Garden Room, also with rendered and colour washed elevations under a slate roof. Fair Lawn has recently been completely renovated by the current owner including re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering and re-decorating throughout as well as re-fitting the Kitchen and Bathroom suites and re-placing all the external joinery.
