" 11 Bullow View is a most attractive and spacious three bedroom house situated on a small development of similar properties on the very edge of the popular village of Winkleigh, adjoining the 'Green'. The house was built approximately ten years ago and is of modern rendered & colourwashed block construction under a concrete tiled roof, and benefits from uPVC double glazed windows and doors throughout, plus an LPG gas central heating system. Internally the house offers beautifully presented and well laid out accommodation including a well appointed Kitchen, a light and airy Sitting/Dining Room, and a Cloakroom on the ground floor. On the first floor are three Bedrooms, the front Bedrooms enjoying super views across the rural Devon countryside beyond the village, and a family Bathroom. At the side of 11 Bullow View there is off-road parking for two vehicles and a most useful detached Single Garage, whilst at the rear is a superbly landscaped, terraced Garden which comprises a large paved Patio, a raised 'deck' and an area of gently sloping lawn and flower border.
