DESCRIPTION Positioned at the end of this small residential cul-de-sac, number 12 offers tremendous potential to create a spacious home with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and onto Dartmoor in the far distance. The property requires an element of updating, although this process has been started by the current owners and it now just needs to be finished off - the chance to "put your own mark on it".

The flexible accommodation is over two floors and with a bathroom to each floor, the property could be used as a single level bungalow or in its entirety depending on individual requirements. DIRECTIONS If approaching Bow from Crediton, proceed into the centre of the village and turn left at Bow Village Cross. Follow this road going past the school taking the 2nd right hand turning into Sanders Road. Collatons Walk is the third on the left off Sanders Road, and number 12 will be found at the far end.
