Staircase Entrance Hall, Cloakroom, Living Room, Kitchen/Dining Room, Utility Room, Conservatory, 4 Bedrooms, Ensuite Shower Room, Family Bathroom, Gravelled Parking Area, Double Garage, Gardens on three sides, Double Glazing, Oil Central Heating

DESCRIPTION Built in approx 2004, this detached home occupies a superb position on the edge of the Iter Park development being accessed from a small cul-de-sac shared with only 2 other houses. It is presented in good condition throughout leaving little for a new owner to do and it carries the remainder of a 10 year NHBC structural guarantee.

The house itself offers 4 bedroom accommodation with an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom with the remainder of the bedrooms being of a good useable size. To the ground floor is a large living room and a family friendly kitchen/dining room with a separate utility room. To the rear is a large conservatory opening out onto the rear gardens.

Outside are gardens to 3 sides, beautifully kept and laid mainly to lawn with some planted beds and accessed via pretty iron fencing and garden walling. The current owners have extended the double garage to create an extra room which is fully plastered, laminate flooring and inset spotlights. There is a great deal of flexibility with this additional room as a games room/home office or a very smart workshop! It has separate access from the garage and could easily be split from the garage if required (stp). To the front of the garage is also a gravelled parking area.

BOW is a parish and village on the River Yeo approximately 8 miles from Crediton, on the road to Okehampton. A unique feature of the village is the very high raised pavement running down one side of the main street. There is an inn, an excellent new primary school, village hall and a shop.

DIRECTIONS Just before entering Bow, take the first left (as signed Coleford) and then immediately right (Iter Cross). Proceed for about 100 yards and keep right (do not turn into Churchlands). Proceed to the end and Fourway House is the right one of the 3 properties.
