" A newly built three bedroom end terrace house located towards the edge of Lapford. The properties on this development have been built and finished to a high standard and benefits from 2 off street parking spaces, spacious living room, two double bedrooms, contemporary kitchen and are offered with no onward chain.


Hillside Terrace is a superb architecturally designed development of four new build properties comprising three 3 bedroom houses and a flat, which has already been sold. The developers are now releasing the houses for sale with expected completion in early 2016. The houses are conveniently located in the village of Lapford, close to the recently refurbished Malt Scoop Inn, and the primary school.


The properties have been built by the well-known local developers, R & M Peters Limited and are of a traditional timber framed construction with rendered block facing, under an insulated tiled roof and benefiting from a ten year NHBC warranty. The houses have air source heat pumps, and excellent sound and thermal insulation meeting current building regulations. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and all floor coverings are included in the asking price.


Each house has a welcoming staircase entrance hall leading into a spacious living room with under stairs storage cupboard. The village is located just of the A377 which links Exeter to North Devon and Barnstaple. There is a small railway station which forms part of the Tarka Line railway between Exmouth and Barnstaple via Exeter. There is also a regular bus service to Exeter.

From Crediton take the A377 towards Barnstaple passing through Copplestone and Morchard Road. At Lapford Cross, in front of the garage turn right and follow the road up into the village, passing the church on your left. Continue up the hill and Hillside Terrace will be seen on your left.
