This hugely spacious detached modern house is very pleasantly located in a small residential cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the popular village of Copplestone. The development which was constructed by Bellway Homes in 2006/2007 and carries the remainder of the NHBC guarantee. Copplestone is an excellent village having many amenities including shop/post office, well regarded primary school, regular bus and rail links and a thriving community.

The house offers incredibly spacious 4 bedroomed accommodation over 3 floor levels in immaculate condition, benefiting from high levels of thermal insulation with an efficient gas central heating system (boiler upgraded in 2013) and uPVC double glazing. There is excellent potential to create further bedrooms by splitting the first floor reception room, which would quite naturally divide into two (obviously subject to any permissions required).
