" Orchard House is a very spacious 1930's semi-detached with a substantial rear garden extending to about 110ft being fully enclosed and ideal for families which require lots of outside space. The property is located at the western side of Crediton town, and within level walking distance of the High Street with its wide range of amenities. The house has been greatly improved and extended by the present owners, and it now offers sizeable 5 bedroomed accommodation over 3 storeys, with a superbly fitted oak kitchen with Corian worktops, and a huge conservatory which overlooks the rear garden. It also benefits from uPVC double glazing, mains gas central heating via conventional radiators (with the exception of the kitchen which has underfloor heating). The house has much outside space. There is ample off road parking at the front, plus a driveway and double garage which sets the property well back from the road.
