" This centrally located, 3 storey town house offers character 3 bed accommodation, but with the benefit of a modern kitchen/diner, lounge with bay window + separate bathroom and shower room to 1st floor! There’s also gas C/H and a handy shared courtyard to the rear.

Located on a one way street in the centre of Crediton just a short walk to the High Street and its amenities and transport links, this period property has some lovely elevated views from the rear.

The 3 storey, 3 bedroomed accommodation has some lovely character features such as the bay window in the lounge and a number of sash windows, but with a well fitted kitchen diner, a ground floor bathroom and first floor shower room which is really handy for family life! There are 2 double bedrooms on the 1st & 2nd floor, plus a single bedroom/study on the 1st floor too, with gas central throughout. The house has a rear courtyard directly behind it, a storage shed and space to dry clothes which is shared with the neighbours and unrestricted on road parking to the front.

CREDITON is an old Mid Devon market town with a wealth of history, being situated just 7.5 miles north-west of the Cathedral City of Exeter with the M5 motorway some 3 miles further on. The town is surrounded by unspoilt farmland in an area of great natural beauty.  There is a regular daily bus service to Exeter plus trains every hour to Exeter and Barnstaple and a local town bus which covers most urban areas.  The town is most famous for its ancient parish church and for being the birthplace of St Boniface in 680 AD.  It has excellent schooling facilities at both senior and junior levels and a sports and leisure centre incorporating a superb swimming pool.  The town has an excellent selection of shops with a Morrisons and a large Tesco superstore/petrol filling station. 

DIRECTIONS: From Helmores High Street office proceed easterly down the town and turn right into Bowden Hill immediately opposite the Parish Church. Proceed to the top of Bowden Hill, and about 150 yards along Park Street, the property is situated on the right (marked with a Helmores board).
