DESCRIPTION Built in the 1930's, Tomswood is the only bungalow in Albert Road, a sought after "backwater" residential no through road, within level walking distance of the town centre and many amenities. The bungalow was totally renovated in 2007 and is still in excellent condition having been well kept by the present owner. The renovation included rewiring, replumbing, new gas central heating, modern fitted kitchen, new shower room plus a seperate WC.

The 3 bedroomed accommodation is spacious, well decorated and has neutral fitted carpets and lovely original solid wood flooring. If more space is required, the large loft is vast and would be ideal for conversion (subject to the necessary permissions).

CREDITON is an old Mid Devon market town with a wealth of history, being situated just 7.5 miles north-west of the Cathedral City of Exeter with the M5 motorway some 3 miles further on. The town is surrounded by unspoilt farmland in an area of great natural beauty. There is a regular daily bus service to Exeter plus trains every hour to Exeter and Barnstaple and a local town bus which covers most urban areas. The town is most famous for its ancient parish church and for being the birthplace of St Boniface in 680 AD. It has excellent schooling facilities at both senior and junior levels and a sports and leisure centre incorporating a superb swimming pool. The town has an excellent selection of shops with a Morrisons and a large Tesco superstore/petrol filling station.

Directions From the centre of Crediton turn off into Market Street, follow the road around the new town square into Parliament Street. Take the next left into Deep Lane, and first right into Albert Road. The bungalow will be found on the right hand side towards the end.
