This property occupies a pleasant position on the eastern outskirts of the town with local amenities, including a parade of shops with a mini-supermarket, within a few hundred yards. The town centre itself is about one and a half miles distant with a regular daily bus service thereto stopping closeby. The property also benefits from good sized family accommodation with gas central heating and uPVC double glazing, together with uPVC fascias and cladding for ease of maintenance.

Tiverton itself is a thriving mid-Devon market town with a wide range of shopping and recreational facilities, etc., including a new leisure centre, new hospital and a 24-hour Tesco superstore. Proceed up the hill for about a mile, passing the Cost Cutter supermarket on the right hand side.
