" 13 Anstey Crescent is a superb two-bedroom bungalow which is located in an elevated position offering fantastic panoramic countryside views. The property has been re-designed and renovated by the current owner to create a lovely light, bright and spacious home.

Entering the property through the glazed front door you walk straight into a stylish and spacious kitchen which has been designed to take full advantage of the superb views on offer. An extensive range of both base and eye level solid wood units with stylish chrome handles provide plenty of storage space. These are complimented by an abundance of Durapol granite effect worktop offering ample space for cooking and baking. The technology to bring your culinary creations to life is provided by an eye level oven along with a stylish gas hob with contemporary extractor fan above. The kitchen also provides space for an integrated fridge freezer and washing machine along with a large Belfast style sink and chrome radiator.

The property has a nice flow to it and the kitchen opens into the central hallway off which are doors leading to the sitting room, both bedrooms and the bathroom. The sitting room is another generous space easily accommodating two chunky sofas along with a number of other items of furniture. A fireplace with gas fire provides a focal point to the room and the large patio doors leading into the conservatory make it a lovely light space. The conservatory itself is a fantastic addition providing extra living space and can be used as a dining area or just to relax with a good book whilst overlooking the lovely garden.

Originally a cramped three-bedroom bungalow with two small single bedrooms the current owner has cleverly redesigned the space to create two generous double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom along with two storage cupboards. The main bedroom is located at the rear of the property overlooking the garden and is a really great size providing an abundance of space for a king size bed along with wardrobing and numerous other items of furniture. The second bedroom is at the front of the property and is again a good size double room with a large window providing fantastic countryside views. Completing the inside of the property is the spacious and stylish bathroom. Again this room has been transformed and modernised with a large walk in shower, white suite and chrome towel rail along with easy to clean granite effect wall panelling.

Heading outside the rear garden can either be accessed via the kitchen door or more directly from the conservatory. The garden itself is very private and benefits from being south facing and is a generous size, split over three levels. The first level provides a nice patio area with plenty of space to enjoy al fresco dining in the warmer months. Heading up the steps are two further tiers both of which are laid to lawn with mature shrubs and planting. The top tier has a useful garden shed and is a lovely space to sit and enjoy the far-reaching panoramic views. To the front of the property is a pleasant front garden along with parking for up to two vehicles as well as a garage with electric.

The location of the property offers easy walking access to the picturesque Grand Western Canal providing scenic views as well as nice walking and cycling routes. Tiverton town centre is only a short drive away and there is a regular bus service.
