SITUATION Clyst Hydon boasts a highly regarded primary school and the Five Bells public house in addition to a village hall and excellent cricket club. The village is situated between Ottery St Mary and Cullompton. A more extensive range of facilities are to be found in the country town of Cullompton 4 miles to the west which provides shopping, two primary schools, secondary school, sports centre, golf course and M5 intersection facilitating rapid commuting south to the cathedral city of Exeter and north to the county town of Taunton.
