SITUATION:  The property is situated on the northern outskirts of the market town of Cullompton.  The town centre is within easy reach with amenities including a number of high street shops, a Tesco Supermarket, doctors surgeries, primary schools, secondary school, a sports centre and the highly regarded Padbrook Park golf course and leisure complex.  Cullompton also provides access to J28 of the M5 facilitating an easy commute South to the Cathedral City of Exeter and North to the County Town of Taunton.
