" A well presented 3 bedroom detached bungalow with 2 bedroom annexe on the edge of village location and beautiful gardens of 0.42 acres.

SITUATION The Sheiling is located in an accessible position just outside the village of Offwell, which has a highly regarded primary school, village shop and an ancient parish Church. Offwell is just 2 miles from the market town of Honiton which has a good range of day to day amenities including banks, post office, schools and a good selection of shops including a Tesco's superstore as well as a rail station on the London Waterloo line. The A30 by-passes Honiton and provides dual carriageway access to Exeter, approximately 19 miles distant with a further range of facilities, access to the M5 at Junction 29, a rail station on the London Paddington line and Exeter International airport.
  The south coast at Branscombe is approximately 9 miles away and there are numerous footpaths and bridleways within the locality to take advantage of the attractive countryside. DESCRIPTION The Sheiling is a well presented detached bungalow built of brick under a tiled roof and with uPVC double glazing. The property has flexible accommodation being currently arranged to form a 3 bedroom bungalow and adjoining 2 bedroom annexe.
  Sliding doors open through to an entrance porch and through to the large hallway, running right into the double aspect sitting room with its large picture frame windows and open fireplace.
