SITUATION 11 Millrise is situated in a rural location in the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village of Luppitt is about 1 mile to the north and has an impressive church and a quaint village pub, the Luppitt Inn. The market town of Honiton provides a range of day to day amenities with supermarkets and street market days, educational and recreational facilities and mainline train to London Waterloo. The A30 dual carriageway links Honiton to Exeter where the M5 motorway is accessed and there is an international airport just east of Exeter. Taunton is approximately 15 miles to the north and the south coast is within easy driving distance and provides a range of coastal pursuits. DESCRIPTION 11 Millrise is an ex-local authority, semi-detached house of colourwash elevations under a tiled roof.<br/> <br/> Steps through the front garden lead up to the front door, leading into the entrance hall. DIRECTIONAL NOTE From the A30 bypass at Honiton take the road signposted to Dunkeswell and Luppitt heading north, continue along this road for some 2.5 miles and at the fork at Limers Cross bear right and continue for over a mile, passing Ewins Ash Cross. At the next crossroads turn right, and follow the signs to Luppitt. Proceed through Luppitt and continue for about a mile and 11 Millrise will be found on the left. NB.
