" Number 19 enjoys a tucked away position within this desirable cul-de-sac situated towards the edge of the village yet within a short distance of all the excellent amenities that are available, including community shop, public house, village hall and the highly regarded primary school. The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking facilities and there is a train station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo situated nearby in the village of Feniton. The A30 dual carriageway is also situated within a short distance providing swift access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property itself includes a modern kitchen fitted with a range of cream-fronted units with a marble-effect work surface and attractive tiled surrounds. There are spaces for several appliances including cooker, washing machine and tall standing fridge-freezer. There is a spacious lounge/diner with feature fireplace with brick surround.
