" Slade Barton Cottages is conveniently situated in the heart of this thriving East Devon village with an excellent village community and local amenities including convenience store, public house and a highly regarded primary school. The nearby village of Feniton has a railway station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo and the A30 dual carriageway is also accessible, providing swift access to the Cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast. The property also benefits from being within The Kings School catchment area and the surrounding countryside offers an idyllic setting with walking and horse-riding facilities.
