" Vineton Place is situated on the western fringes of the village, benefiting from glorious views over the adjoining countryside towards East Hill in the distance. The excellent village amenities are easily accessible including the convenience store and railway station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo. The surrounding countryside also offers wonderful walking facilities.

This delightful and immaculately presented bungalow was recently constructed by a reputable builder using quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
