" DESCRIPTION Warwick Close is conveniently situated close to the heart of this popular village with excellent local amenities including convenience store, railway line connecting Exeter and London Waterloo and a highly regarded primary school. The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking facilities.

The property itself has been renovated and modernised in recent years, creating a comfortable home with well proportioned accommodation including a spacious entrance hallway with storage cupboard and a good sized sitting room. The coast at Sidmouth is within an easy drive. Ottery St Mary has many shops, including Sainsbury‘s as well as the popular King‘s School.
