" Banfield Way is a cul-de-sac conveniently situated in a popular residential area close to the heart of this traditional market town with all its excellent amenities. The town is known as the 'Gateway to Devon' with a variety of excellent amenities including several supermarkets, independent shops and a railway station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo. The A30 dual carriageway is also within easy reach providing swift access to the cathedral city of Exeter, M5 and the coast.

The property itself enjoys deceptively spacious, light and airy accommodation briefly comprising, reception hall with cloakroom WC and a study area. The kitchen and dining room are open plan and adjoins a family room providing a wonderful environment for families to cook, dine and socialise together.
