" Badger Close is situated on the eastern outskirts of the town yet within walking distance of all its amenities. Honiton has a good range of shops including main high street retailers and independent businesses, banks, and supermarkets, together with leisure and health facilities. The town has a mainline station connecting London Waterloo to Exeter, various bus services and as the town is conveniently situated off the A30 there is swift access to Exeter, M5 (about 16 miles), coastal resorts and the airport.

The property itself has been refurbished in recent years and this has created a lovely light, airy and spacious home. The accommodation itself includes entrance hall, good sized sitting room with focal fireplace and a beautifully appointed kitchen/breakfast room with an extensive range of cream-fronted cupboards and drawers enhanced by a wood effect worktop with a range of integrated modern appliances including stainless steel electric oven with four-ring gas hob and stainless steel extractor hood above, built-in fridge and freezer, as well as space for further appliances.
