A comfortably proportioned 2 bedroom first floor apartment being part of an attractive converted Victorian building in a tucked away courtyard setting just off Honiton's historic High Street. Open plan Living Room/Kitchen, Bathroom, Investment potential.

Situation - The property forms part of Deborah House, a small development of four apartments converted from an attractive Victorian building situated just off of Honiton's historic High Street.
