SITUATION Finse is located on the west side of Honiton, in a convenient yet private location. Honiton has a full range of local facilities including a hospital, schools, a variety of shops and main line railway providing a service to Exeter and London Waterloo. The town benefits from the A30 dual carriageway to Exeter some 14 miles to the west. Exeter has excellent shopping facilities, with John Lewis opening in the autumn, theatres, art centres and main line rail link to London Paddington, international airport and M5 access.
  The south coast at Sidmouth lies approximately 9 miles to the south and offers a variety of beaches and coastal pursuits. Taunton the County Town of Somerset lies some 26 miles to the north east with a further range of cultural and educational facilities. DESCRIPTION Finse is a unique split level property, which enjoys adaptable, spacious accommodation.
