" Large four bedroom detached house with drive way, garage and gardens to the front and rear aspect. As you enter though the front door you are greeted by a large hallway, to the left as you enter is a double doored large cloak room and separate down stairs WC, in front is the doorway into the first of the three reception rooms. This space could be considered as a larger dining room of the two and is adjoined by an open archway into the living room which benefits from an open fireplace and large patio doors into the rear garden. The second dining room is much smaller but would be suitable for a small table and chairs, this then leads into a fitted kitchen with white cupboard space and a granite effect work top. The oven and extractor are built in and there is space for a washing machine and large fridge freezer. The kitchen also benefits from two large built in storage cupboards. There is also a door leading out to the rear garden. Upstairs are three good size doubles with built in wardrobe/cupboard space. One of the three doubles benefits from an en suite. The third room is a good size single or office room. There is also a family size bathroom that houses an electric shower over the bath with decorative screen, sink and toilet. This room is well ventilated to prevent the build-up of mould and steam. This property is double glazed throughout and is fitted with gas central heating which heats both the house and the water. The landlord is also wishing to sell this property in time but will remove it from sales should we find a suitable tenant. The minimum tenancy will be six months.
