SITUATION: No 1 Church Street is located behind the Church along a side street in the very heart of the town centre of Axminster, close to car parks, shops, the weekly street market, dentists and doctorsβ€˜ surgeries and within walking distance of the railway station to Exeter, 30 mins distant. There is also an animal park, the Flamingo indoor swimming pool and many organisations catering for hobbies and interests.

The historic coastal town of Lyme Regis is some 3 miles distant with its famous Cobb and sandy beach, fossil museum, art and craft studios, restaurants, community theatre and golf course. This area forms part of the Jurassic Coastline with access to the South West Coastal Paths.

THE PROPERTY comprises a period town cottage forming the end of a terrace of 5 adjoining the Axminster Inn. It features mainly brick elevations with soldier-arch heads over the windows and front door under a slate roof with a mature single-storey extension to the rear over the kitchen and outbuilding also under a slate roof with decorative clay ridge tiles.
